After reading the McKinsey article Network effects: How to rebuild social capital and improve corporate performance, I felt like I had to make a short summary of my own…


In my oppinion, you don’t have to make it to complicated when you want to increase the connectivity and trust in your organisation – you can start with the small things. Just be personal and honest towards your peers, and it will definatelly benefit both your group and yourself.
